SMC Holdings v. McCann

The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel affirmed the bankruptcy court's judgment determining that SMC's claim against debtor was nondischargeable. The panel held that the bankruptcy court's finding that SMC was the proper party holding the claim against debtor was not clearly erroneous.
